The Community Council of Dora, within the efforts to improve the quality of life of the habitants, has executed some embellishment and infrastructure works.
Some of the most urgent and serious works, which have been done, are the following:
- Road cobbling and embellishment work for the elevation of the central plaza
- Repair of all the roads in the community
- Replacement of the old water supply and distribution system.
- Naming of all the roads of the village
- Afforestation along the road of Dora-Mallia, in the area “Moutti tou Tavrou”
- Road enlargement of a part of the road Dora-Mallia

The Community Council of Dora, within the efforts to improve the quality of life of the habitants, has executed some embellishment and infrastructure works.
The Community Council continues the efforts to make the community a modern and pleasant place, and for this reason, it has already programmed the following projects:
- Completion of the road enlargement and asphalt course of the road Dora-Mallia
- Asphalt course of the road that unites Dora with the village Anogyra.
- Conversion of the Elementary school to a Polyvalent Cultural Center
- Construction of a new cemetery
- Several embellishment works in the community
