The Watermill is one of the most ancient engines used by humans thousands of years ago in order to grind various cereal they produced. The Watermill of Dora operated until the mid 20th century and served the needs of the residents of the community, as well as of the surrounding communities. It is located in the area of Katsoura, near Cha Potami, two kilometres southeast of the village and it can be accessed through an eathen road along the river. The mill consitutes a monument of traditional architecture and efforts are being made by the Community Council of Dora so that it can be restored with the help of the Department of Antiquities.
